The Landmark College Student Health Insurance Plan is administered by Gallagher Student Health & 特殊风险. All new and returning students will be automatically billed for and enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan unless they have other, comparable coverage AND complete the Online Decision Form to decline the insurance.
For the Fall 2024 semester, the deadline for health insurance enrollment is Monday, 9月16日, 2024.
Declining the Student Health Insurance Plan
Gallagher Insurance will send an email to all full-time Landmark students with a link to the Gallagher Insurance student portal. The email will be sent to the student's landmark.Edu邮箱地址. Gallagher sends the emails several times before the waiver deadline. The email will include a link to the student's Gallagher Insurance profile page and temporary password allowing the student to access their personal page. The student will be required to set up a permanent password to set up their account. Once the student has established a permanent password, the option to waive the insurance will be added to the student's Gallagher Insurance account homepage. Please note: it may take 24 hours for the waiver button to appear. Follow the prompts to complete the waiver. The insurance charge on your tuition statement will be taken off your bill after the final waiver deadline.
The decision form must be filled out once per academic year to decline coverage. Any student who does not complete their Online Waiver Form by the deadline will be automatically enrolled in the Student Health Plan. This cannot be changed after the deadline has passed.

Enrolling in the Insurance Plan
If you would like to enroll in the Landmark College Student Health Plan, you don't need to do anything. Unless you take the steps to waive the insurance, your coverage will begin August 15th. The annual coverage ends on August 14th of the following year. You’ll be automatically billed the premium for the plan on your tuition bill.
